Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Launchn Life by Luke Dawson website and the services offered through it, including personal coaching, contrast experiences and guided breathwork. By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry or booking, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

Our services

Launchn Life offers:

• Personal coaching — a supportive space to explore what may be holding you back, build awareness and move forward in your own way.
• Contrast experiences — guided hot and cold wellness experiences led by Luke, a Certified Contrast Therapy Coach.
• Guided breathwork — supportive breathwork experiences to slow down, reconnect and explore greater awareness and wellbeing.

Our services are personal and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or psychiatric care, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a health concern, please consult an appropriate qualified health professional.

Enquiries and bookings

When you submit an enquiry form or book an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, contact details and any information relevant to your enquiry or booking.

Appointment bookings, including Readiness Calls, are subject to availability. We will confirm booking details with you through the contact information you provide.

Email communications

By contacting us or submitting an enquiry, you consent to us responding by email or other electronic means to address your enquiry, confirm bookings or provide information about our services. We will only use your contact details for marketing purposes if you have separately and explicitly consented.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact Luke as early as possible. Specific cancellation and rescheduling timeframes and any applicable conditions will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment where reasonably necessary, and will work with you to arrange an alternative time.

Health and safety responsibilities

You are responsible for advising Luke of any health conditions, injuries, medications, or other factors that may affect your ability to safely participate in coaching, contrast experiences or guided breathwork before taking part.

Contrast experiences involving heat and cold, and breathwork practices, may not be suitable for everyone. If you are unsure whether a service is appropriate for you, please consult a qualified health professional before booking or participating.

You participate in our services voluntarily and at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Launchn Life and Luke Dawson are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
